Praying for good, solid rest for my little red headed lady over there. SLEEP, WOMAN!

Got to hear Kara share much of this over Skype last night at 10:45pm (6:45am your time I guess) and it’s pretty moving how God worked it out perfectly for you guys to take care of the heat-exhausted little girl. Way to go, nurse Bonnie! And everyone else who snapped into action in one way or another!

I got a little grossed out imagining where all those hands might have been that were stuffing food in your mouths. But oh well…it wasn’t me.

Love you guys! And since I now know you’re all reading this out loud together, let me just say…MY WIFE ROCKS! AND SHE’S HOT! YEAH!

Great posts and I echo what my other friends have already been saying! You all are doing a great job and I am very proud of you! It really sounds like it’s been just as much of a blessing to the team as it has been to the staff and kids. Your posts really make me want to go visit even more! Also praying that the little girl is doing much better today as well – please keep us posted if you happen to know. Will keep lifting you all up & I love you!!!

I think my family must have been exposed to Ethiopian Culture at some point, because they too force feed you long after you are full. I am going to practice saying “Hulu sod” for the next family gathering. The pictures are great! And what an amazing story about being able to help the little girl! It is so encouraging to know that God has the big picture of all that is going on, and has the power to put us in the right place at the right time as His hands extended. I prayed this morning that God would continue to reveal Himself to you all, as you seek to reveal Him to the children and TFC Staff. I also prayed for Kara to have energy and feel well, because she is my favorite (kidding). Congrats to Team David on kicking Team Goliath’s tail. Those kids look like they could out run you guys any day. : )
